 Shipping Operations & Policy

Guidelines

  • Orders may be e-mailed to your sales representative, or faxed to 972-478-5642.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, and start processing orders at 9:30 A.M. and our cut-off time is 5:00 P.M., CST.
  • All orders received before our cut-off time will ship out the same day unless agreed otherwise.
  • Our cut-off time for FedEx Ground is 1:30 P.M.  Any FedEx Ground orders received after that time will ship the next business day.
  • We will ship worldwide, except to embargoed countries.

Packages less than 150 pounds or dimensions of 25 x 25 x 25 and less

  • We ship only using FedEx and UPS.
  • Please ensure the bill to account number is present on the purchase order.
  • All COD shipments will have the shipping added to the invoice.
  • For other couriers, please contact your sales representative.  It will be responsibility of the customer to provide the bill of lading, and schedule the pickup.

Freight / Packages more than 150 pounds or dimensions greater than 25 x 25 x 25


  • All palletized items require a one day lead time, unless agreed otherwise.
  • We do not send freight COD.  Speak to you sales representative for other payment methods.
    

 Return Policy

Please read the following before returning any item, to avoid any delays:

  • Click the link above labeled RMA Form, fill out all necessary information, and then click the Submit button located at the bottom right hand corner of the form.

 

  • The RMA form must be filled out; we will not authorize any returns without the RMA form completed by the requesting customer.
  • All parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if tested good upon arrival.
  • An RMA number must be obtained before returning any item; note that parts coming back without RMA numbers will be refused.
  • The RMA number must be referenced on the airway-bill, otherwise shipping charges will be refused.
  • RMA's are valid for 20 days after issuing date.
  • Check parts for our serial numbers before sending back.
  • Reference the RMA number outside of box
  • Do not use our account for returns unless authorized by MET.
  • If returned on our account without proper authorization, all shipping costs will be deducted from the credit memo.
  • 30 day warranty issued for most parts, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A new Purchase Order must be issued for all replacement orders, please contact your sales Rep for further details.
  • Do not use the credit from your credit memo until authorized by our accounting department, we must receive parts back first.
